Con Brio’s Piano Party Series

Celebrate Progress. Build Confidence. Share the Joy of Music!

What are Piano Parties?

Piano Parties are relaxed, themed showcase opportunities to celebrate every step of a student’s piano-playing journey.

These events offer:

A chance for students to showcase their piano playing progress in a fun and low-pressure environment for family and friends.

A unique theme and a fun corresponding activity to make each event extra memorable!

What’s the Difference Between a Recital and a Piano Party?

At Con Brio, both Piano Parties and Annual Concerts are performance experiences — they simply serve different stages of a student’s musical journey.

Piano Parties are relaxed, low-stakes recital opportunities designed for students in their early years of study. They provide an encouraging environment where emerging pianists can gain confidence, practice stage etiquette, and experience performing in front of an audience for the first few times.

Annual Concerts are a natural next step. These are more formal showcase events typically featuring students who have studied for three or more years — or who have developed the readiness and performance maturity for a formal concert setting. Repertoire is often longer, memorized, and artistically shaped, reflecting a deeper level of preparation.

Both events are celebrations.

The difference is simply where a student is in their musical growth.
