Con Brio Piano Studio Class Offerings


Proficiency Club

Our esteemed and fun-loving flagship program for students of all ages (3–4 students), grouped by age and level, meets weekly. Focus is on joyful skill-building, reading fluency, rhythm confidence, and developing a steady musical routine.


Private Study

Weekly one-on-one for intermediate–advanced or adult learners.

Private lessons are available to all enrolled students who have reached RCM Level 3 or higher, or by teacher invitation following a consultation. Students who have not yet reached this level may be invited into Private Study at the teacher’s discretion, based on readiness and learning goals.

Who it’s for:

Private Study offers one-on-one coaching experience at Con Brio, designed for serious students ready to deepen their artistry and achieve individual milestones


Andante Lessons

Biweekly one-on-one music making for a steady but relaxed pace.

Who it’s for:

The Andante Program is for students who wish to simplify music-making and enjoy lesson experiences without the pressure of practice commitments, performances, or recitals. This program focuses solely on personal learning and musical enjoyment, with no enrichment activities or milestone events included.


Flexi-Piano

Targeted on-demand private sessions designed to accelerate momentum, refine technique, or prepare repertoire between regular lessons.

Who it’s for:

Students needing flexibility or extra support in addition to their usual lesson program

Polishing repertoire, tackling projects, or preparing for events

Works alongside any program or as a standalone drop-in option


Enrichment Coursework in Virtuoso Club

Biweekly, semester-based courses that supplement core lesson programs.

Virtuoso Club is a modular enrichment that can be layered alongside any pathway — Proficiency Club, Andante, or Private Study.

Virtuoso courses run alongside core lesson study, offering focused artistic intensives for students preparing for specific events, certifications, creative projects, or advanced musicianship goals.

FALL TERM

Performance • Preparedness • Musical Fluency

Fall Session focuses on foundational musicianship, annual GHMTA Music Olympics preparation, holiday repertoire, memorization, and performance confidence. Students strengthen fluency, listening skills, technical continuity, and independent preparation habits through weekly implementation and guided refinement.


SPRING TERM

Artistry • Expression • Refinement

Spring Session emphasizes musical expression, interpretive artistry, classical repertoire, and performance maturity through Con Brio’s annual artistry and enrichment season. Throughout the semester, students may prepare for opportunities such as the annual WSMTA Music Artistry Program, honors and state recital pathways, studio scholarship opportunities through our Annual Music Memorization Challenge, and spring performance showcases. As students continue refining confidence, musical sensitivity, and performance presence, the Spring Semester encourages increasingly thoughtful musicianship and artistic individuality.

SUMMER ATELIER SESSION

Reflection • planning• Specialized Study

Summer serves as the studio’s annual season of reflection, planning, artistic advisement, specialized coursework, and implementation preparation. Summer learning unfolds through asynchronous instruction, parent training, individualized development, one-on-one coaching, and long-term curriculum planning designed to maintain continuity while providing flexibility throughout the summer months.

Con Brio operates year-round through evolving seasonal learning formats designed to maintain continuity, momentum, and thoughtful artistic growth throughout the year.


Pause Pass

Life happens! Vacations, schedule shifts, sports seasons, and temporary life demands occasionally require students to step away from active lessons while maintaining their place within the studio.

Pause Pass secures your enrollment and reserved lesson placement during temporary absences from regular instruction.
