Billing & Administrative Policies
Membership Enrollment Fee
$150
A one-time Enrollment Fee is required upon joining the Studio.
If membership is withdrawn and later resumed, a new Enrollment Fee will apply.
Tuition & Billing
Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
A five-day grace period is provided. Accounts not paid within the grace period are subject to a $25 Late Fee.
Instructional Materials
Unless otherwise noted, books, music scores, instructional materials, and curriculum resources required for study are the responsibility of the student.
Recital & Event Fees
Typically $50 per student, per event
Certain performances, recitals, assessments, workshops, competitions, and special events may carry separate participation fees. Details are provided prior to registration.
Administrative Consultation & Pathway Adjustment Fee
$50 (as applicable)
Each membership includes one complimentary progress consultation per year.
Additional consultations, pathway changes, tier adjustments, schedule modifications, custom planning meetings, or other individualized administrative requests may incur a $50 Administrative Consultation & Pathway Adjustment Fee.
Payment Portal Reconciliation Fee
$50 (as applicable)
Accounts requiring additional administrative handling due to partial payments, late payments, billing irregularities, failed payment arrangements, or other deviations from standard billing procedures may incur a $50 Payment Portal Reconciliation Fee.
